Teaching Stress Reduction skills to businesses, schools, healthcare providers, and the general public.

Studies show that between 60% and 90% of all physician visits are for stress related complaints.  We live in a fast paced society where stress comes at us from a number of places including chronic illness, jobs, or family.  While we cannot eliminate the stress, you can take an active role in how you respond to that stress.  Mind-Body Wellness teaches you stress management skills that can help you manage your stress and better manage your life.

Self-care is at the heart of all health care.  Mind-Body medicine focuses on the interactions between the mind and the body and the powerful ways in which you can participate in your own healing and health.  By learning mind-body skills, you can make lifestyle changes that will help you relax, learn how to deal more effectively with stress, and bring more energy into your life so you can successfully deal with life changes.
